The previous owner, who was raised as the second son of a potter, established our bonsai pot manufacturing company in 1970. Bunnzann Pottery, currently in its second generation, primarily produces bonsai pots and tableware. We reduced our production of bonsai pots at one point, but we resumed production in 2020 and are utilizing a new production system. We currently focus on producing two types: “small bonsai pots,” which are bonsai pots that are the size of the palm of one's hand, and “miniature bonsai pots” the size of one’s fingertips. In addition to many grilled meat restaurants, we have taken products used regularly by many professionals in the restaurant industry and created colorful and casual versions easy that ordinary households can easily use for meals as well. Going forward, we want to continue producing ceramic ware for everyone to enjoy.
